RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return & Exchange Policy

Important information regarding devices, electronics, accessories, prepaid services, and refunds.

Phones — New & Used

All sales are final.
90-day warranty covers defects. Defective devices will be repaired or replaced if not fixable.
Exchanges may be accepted within 14 days for eligible devices in the same condition as sold.
Refunds are only granted under special circumstances with management approval. A 25% restocking fee applies.
Devices must be returned in the same condition as sold and are subject to inspection.

Other Electronics

Consoles, speakers, tablets, laptops, and similar electronics.

30-day limited warranty for defects.
Returns within 14 days; products must be in like-new condition with all original components.
A 15% restocking fee applies.

Accessories

Opened cases and screen protectors are final sale.
Defective accessories such as chargers, cables, speakers, Bluetooth devices, and similar products may be exchanged within 14 days if they are in like-new condition with original packaging.

Activations & Prepaid Services

All sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges once the transaction has been processed.

Refunds

Original receipt required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash refunds over $100 are processed by check.

GENERAL REPAIRS

90 Days

General repair workmanship and qualifying repair defects.

HIGH-QUALITY STANDARD SCREEN PARTS

1 Year

Coverage applies to qualifying defects in eligible standard screen replacement parts.

OEM SCREEN PARTS

180 Days

Subject to applicable manufacturer coverage.

BUDGET SCREEN PARTS

30 Days

Limited warranty for qualifying defects.

BATTERY REPAIRS

90 Days

Coverage applies to qualifying battery repair defects.

Repairs are final and non-refundable. Warranty coverage may be void if the device is tampered with, misused, or further damaged after the repair.

DEVICE PICKUP

30-Day Device Hold Policy

Customers are responsible for picking up completed devices within the applicable pickup period.

Unclaimed Devices

Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair notification may be considered abandoned under applicable law.

GadgetCare Pros may resell, recycle, or responsibly dispose of qualifying unclaimed devices.

Data Removal & Privacy

Data on unclaimed devices may be permanently erased in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and company procedures.

GadgetCare Pros follows reasonable industry practices when handling device data and disposal.
