At GadgetCare Pros, your satisfaction is important. We provide fair policies while protecting your devices and our business. Please review the sections below before purchasing or requesting service.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
Phones (New & Used)
- All sales are final.
- 90 Warranty covers defects: defective devices will be repaired or replaced if not fixable.
- Exchanges accepted within 14 days for eligible devices in the same condition as sold.
- Refunds are only granted under special circumstances with management approval; a 25% restocking fee applies.
- Devices must be returned in the same condition as sold and are subject to inspection.
Other Electronics (Consoles, Speakers, Tablets, Laptops, etc.)
- 30-day limited warranty for defects.
- Returns within 14 days; items must be like-new with all original components.
- 15% restocking fee applies.
Accessories
- Opened cases and screen protectors are final sale.
- Defective accessories (chargers, cables, speakers, Bluetooth devices, etc.) may be exchanged within 14 days if in like-new condition with original packaging.
Activations & Prepaid Services
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once processed.
Refunds
- Original receipt required.
- Issued to the original payment method; cash refunds over $100 by check.
🛡️ Warranty Policy
Covers defects related to the original product or repair. Not covered:
- Accidental or liquid damage
- Misuse, neglect, or physical damage
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering
All warranty claims are subject to inspection.
🛠️ Repair Policy
Warranty Coverage:
- General Repairs: 90 days
- Screen Repairs:
- High-Quality Standard Parts: 1 year
- OEM Parts: 180 days (manufacturer coverage)
- Budget Parts: 30 days
- Battery Repairs: 90 days
Repairs are final and non-refundable. Warranty is void if device is tampered with, misused, or further damaged after repair.
📦 30-Day Device Hold Policy
- Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair notification may be considered abandoned under California law.
- GadgetCare Pros may resell, recycle, or responsibly dispose of unclaimed devices.
Data Removal & Privacy
- All data on unclaimed devices will be permanently erased in compliance with California privacy regulations, including the CCPA.
- We follow industry best practices for secure data destruction.
