Before you proceed with our repair services, please take a moment to review our Repair Policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for your repair.

Third-Party Repair Service:

GadgetCare Pro is an independent third-party repair service center. We are not affiliated with the original device manufacturer. Our services are aimed at providing quality repairs and support for a variety of devices.

Device Eligibility:

We only accept devices for repair that are eligible under our service offerings. Our technicians will assess the eligibility of your device upon inspection.

Diagnostic Fee:

For every repair request, a diagnostic fee ranging from $25 to $49 will be charged. This fee covers the initial assessment of your device's issues. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be applied towards the total cost.

Approval for Repairs:

Before proceeding with any repairs, we will seek your approval and inform you of the estimated cost. No repairs will commence without your consent.

Additional Issues:

During the repair process, if additional issues are identified, we will promptly inform you and seek approval for any necessary additional repairs.

Warranty Coverage:

The warranty provided covers parts and labor for the specified repair up to one year from the date of the repair request.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, tampering by unauthorized personnel, or any other issues unrelated to the original repair.


Payment for repair services is due upon completion. Devices will only be released upon full payment.

Unclaimed Devices:

Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of such devices to recover our costs.

Data Protection:

While we take utmost care during the repair process, it is the customer's responsibility to back up their data. GadgetCare Pro is not liable for any loss of data during the repair.


Once your device is checked in for repair, the repair process cannot be canceled. Your phone will undergo diagnosis, and a diagnostic fee ranging from $25 to $49, as discussed during check-in, will be applied. If a cancellation is requested before the diagnostic process begins, a fee of $15 will be incurred.
